Over recent years digital services such as conversational AI have both transformed and seamlessly integrated into our daily lives. From a Chatbot perspective there is no doubt that ChatGPT has played a significant role in this regard. After all it was the news sensation for November 2022 after it reached 1 million users in just 5 days post launch.

Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer or ChatGPT as more commonly known - is an artificial Intelligence (AI) language model able to generate human-like responses through the use of natural language processing (NPL). Developed by OpenAI, ChatGPT leverages deep learning by analysing a user's conversation history to provide contextual answers through the use of deep learning algorithms . This is unlike traditional chatbots which rely heavily on pre-programmed responses to user queries.
